2013 Father of the Year

I know we are only two days into the new year, but you are not going to believe what this dad did.

Kenneth Rowe, 26, brought his infant to a liquor store. He then dropped the kid off with a clerk and took off. That's bad enough, but what happened next is worse. He came back wasted, picked up the kid, laid down in the middle of the street with the baby and then tried to hide from police in some nearby bushes. The baby was returned to its mother.

I know we have 363 days left in the year, but some parents have to do some pretty dumb things to top that to become parent of the year.
