We've heard plenty of great stories about the 72-ounce steak challenge at the Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo. The world-renowned challenge involves eating a 72-ounce steak, a baked potato, side salad, shrimp cocktail and a roll in under an hour.

Weighing in at just 120 lbs, former Wichita Falls resident and Competitive-eater Molly Schuyler has already been a part of some of those stories. She currently holds the record for the fastest time for the challenge. She ate it all in under 5 minutes! She then ate a second one in under 10 minutes!

This week, Schuyler decided to become part of yet another one of the stories. The petite woman now living in Sacramento, CA took down three full steak meals in under an hour! Other competitors struggle with the challenge, some even competing in teams. Not, Molly, though. She devoured everything, all while surrounded by an audience of cheering spectators.

She tells KFDS-Channel 10 that she comes into any of these competitions expecting to lose, so when she wins it's a surprise. She also says that even if she were to fail, it's still a win because, "I get free steak!" Along with the free steaks, winning this competition netted her $5,000.

But wait! That's not all! Less than 15 hours after devouring 13.5 pounds of beef, Molly destroyed a 9.5-pound breakfast burrito. Watch that video here.
