Awkward Moment On ESPN Monday Night Football [VIDEO]

What did Rick Reilly do to get the death stare from Steve Young? Well Rick Reilly didn’t know the camera was on and hilarity ensues.

Rick Reilly is an ESPN reporter that gave “groundbreaking news” on Twitter about Ben Roethlisberger’s shoulder injury. It wasn’t that important, everyone knew that Ben messed up his shoulder. Rick Reilly tells Stuart Scott to mention he broke the news on Twitter.

Well the camera was on when Reilly said that. To me it looked like a desperate attempt to get Twitter followers. After everyone see’s the live camera they go about their business. Stuart does mention the Twitter plug though.

The best part about the video is Steve Young’s death stare to Reilly. I could feel the tension from Pittsburgh all the way in Texas. Live television always has the best bloopers.
