Burkburnett Police Arrest Woman Accused of Shooting Man In The Back

A family squabble gone wrong put a Burkburnett man in ICU and now has landed a Burkburnett woman in jail.  37 year-old Tera Shea Wylie was arrested Thursday, charged with aggravated assault family violence.

Burk police were called to a home in the 500 block of Ave F at around 5:45 pm Tuesday.  When the officers arrived they found an unidentified 18 year-old male shot in the back.  He was taken to United Regional and has since been released from ICU but remains hospitalized.

Wylie is being held in the Wichita County Jail.  Sources tell News Talk 1290 that Wylie is the victims mother.
