At the Lucy Park Costume Parade and Contest we awarded 13 lucky individuals with Halloween trophies. The judges seemed to favor the homemade costumes, group costumes, and unique costumes over the frequently seen Spiderman and Monster High outfits.
It was a tough decision for the judges, but they were overall satisfied
