Golden Voice Homeless Man Gets Reality TV Show

Remember Ted Williams, the homeless man with the golden radio voice? How could you not, he was crammed down your throat through every media outlet possible. But in case you forgot, or have been living under a rock for most of 2011, he is the homeless man living in Ohio who became famous over night after a video of him speaking went viral earlier this year. Ted's quick rise to fame consisted of morning show appearances and reunions with his family.  Just as quickly, Ted fell back into his rut with a visit to rehab for alcohol abuse after the police were called to his hotel because of a fight with a family member.

Snakes On A Train!

Melissa Moorehouse lost her pet boa constrictor Penelope a month ago when it slithered out of her jacket as she was riding the red line train in Boston.

Initially, train officials took the car Penelope was lost in out of service, so they could search for the three-foot snake. They weren’t able to find her, but she turned up a month later in an adjacent car. A train attendant who also owned a snake spotted Penelope and put her in a box.

Now Melissa and Penelope are reunited. Boa constrictors can go months without eating, and Penelope probably remained on the train because it’s kept warm 24/7.

Snow and ice may be blanketing a good part of the country, but the nation’s foremost groundhog says better weather is coming soon.

Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow this February 2nd, as he emerged from Gobbler's Knob, which suggests we will have an early spring.
