omg aaron! I can’t believe you found this! I haven’t seen it in years. Still gives me goosebumps : ) I went on to do 10 more jumps–my last one was totally solo! It was so scary but so freaking amazing! Unfortunately Skydive Texas isn’t around anymore but I would HIGHLY recommend doing it. Or just head to Eloy, AZ & “dive” in their huge wind tunnel–which is almost as cool!

i love this video too! I remember being blown away as I watched her up on that trapeez thingie. then i found out that’s what she does every night in her concerts and TOTALLY kicked myself for not going! she better tour after having that baby!

As the resident Geek of 92.9 NIN, I feel it to be my responsibility to break this list down…

Natalie Portman – Definately has the look and the acting ability. She wouldn’t be the first actor/actress to do a DC and Marvel movie (she’s the female lead in “Thor”). Since the new Superman is a relative unknown, I wonder if Natalie is too known for the producers’ taste.

Kristen Stewart – NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! (beats head on desk)

Erica Durance – Hands down the best Lois Lane to date. However, since they aren’t using anyone else from “Smallville”, it is highly unlikely she’d be used.

Anne Hathaway – I’d love to see her in this role, but now that she’s Catwoman, there’s no way they’d be able to use her.

Kristen Bell – She’s not a terrible actress, but she’s nothing special either. A lot of her roles tend to be average performances.

Jessica Biel – See above.

Kate Bosworth – Since her portrayal of Lois Lane was widely considered one of the lowest points in the disappointing “Superman Returns”, I doubt she’s even in contention.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead – YES! YES! YES! Just from that picture alone. She just needs to channel some of the tough attitude she had in “Live Free or Die Hard” and she’s got it.

Dianna Agron – Who?

Rachel McAdams – See Kristen Bell.

Malin Akerman – She did a good job in “Watchmen”, but she didn’t do a great job. With the problems the Superman films have faced since 1979, this movie needs to make a statement. I’d like to see her show more range in her acting before being considered for an iconic part like this.

I have a pair of those “nasty” shoes that you were talking about this morning. They are Vibram Five Fingers. I am NOT granola and own a pair…so does my husband. They are extremely comfortable and I wear them everywhere…shopping, in the flower bed, walking. They can be water shoes as well. I love being barefoot and would be all the time if I could. I do not like shoes. In the summer I am totally flip flop or barefoot. I can’t stand socks at all and only wear them when I have to. As far as goofy looking shoes go, how about the “shape up” shoes? Everyone has feet. How is a shoe that looks like a foot gross?
