David Spade Weighs In on Reese Witherspoon Arrest [VIDEO]

Reese Witherspoon and her husband, Jim Toth, found themselves in hot water last Friday when Toth was pulled over for suspicion of drunk driving. Now TMZ has caught up with David Spade to have him weigh in on the arrest.

The fact that Witherspoon got arrested for disorderly conduct probably wouldn’t have been so bad if it weren’t for the fact that she asked the officer, “Do you know my name?” and then continued with “You’re about to find out who I am.” Clearly the officer only cared enough about who she was to get a photo of her that night – with that photo being a mug shot.

That brings us back to David Spade and his opinion about when it’s acceptable to use the line “Do you know who I am?” He makes it sound like he’s never used that line, but I’m betting it’s slipped out of his mouth a time or two over the years.
