The two of them were out for a date in NYC Monday night and she was flashing a huge oval cut yellow diamond surrounded by baguettes on THAT finger. She was being very obvious about showing it off, too. But last night, Katy’s engagement finger was completely bare when she was honored at Unicef’s Snowflake Ball.
