Hozier, Duran Duran, and James Corden are among the many stars bewailing the loss of The Cranberries’ lead singer Dolores O’Riordan, who reportedly passed away in London this Monday (January 15) at 46.

“The lead singer with the Irish band The Cranberries was in London for a short recording session. No further details are available at this time,” the “Zombie” singer’s publicist confirmed in a statement to BBC. “Family members are devastated to hear the breaking news and have requested privacy at this very difficult time.”

The Limerick vocalist was most recognized for her vast artistic contributions to the Irish band, from their breakthrough in the early ‘90s with game-changing songs like “Linger” and “Dreams” to the group's most-celebrated achievement to date with their 1994 smash single, “Zombie,” which topped charts at No. 1 in Australia, Belgium, France, Denmark and Germany.

In acknowledgment, celebrities and musicians alike are sharing their condolences on Twitter to honor the late rock star's legacy.
