Don’t Feel Like Reading a Bedtime Story? There’s an App for That! [VIDEO]

You know how pesky kids can be. They always want stuff like food and attention and they make messes that only you will clean up. Then at the end of the day before they go to bed, they demand yet more from you by asking you to *gasp* read them a bedtime story. The DVR isn’t going to clean itself out and you have more pressing things to do, so if you don’t feel like reading that bedtime story, there’s now an app for that.

It starts with the purchase of Smart PJs for just a few dollars, and then you scan the dots on the pajamas which work like a QR code and activate different stories. I suppose you could hang out with your kid while they’re enjoying their story, but who wants to do that when you could be checking Facebook?

All joking aside, it is a pretty cool idea and I think I’m just jealous that I didn’t have anything like this when I was a kid.
