Don’t Forget To Spring Forward Tonight

Officially Daylight Savings begins at 2am Sunday but for those of you not headed for some pre-St Patrick's Day fun into the wee hours, you'll need to move your clocks forward one hour before you go night-night.

But not for all of you.  Tsunami-swept Hawaii and most of Arizona  don't observe Daylight Savings.  Find out what other states don't and why we do this time-switching business twice a year at Yahoo!
