There's going to be a big change to FallsFest this year. Due to the possibility of rain this weekend, the event is being moved inside of the MPEC.

Don't worry, you will still get the same concerts.

Saturday
The Marshall Tucker Band with special guests twicebroken

It will just be in a covered area, without the threat of weather.

In a press release sent out to the media last night, the Falls Fest organization said:

Dear Member of the Media,

Thank you again for your coverage of FALLSFEST: A FAMILY FESTIVAL!

If any of you have seen the forecast for this weekend, you know that we have a very high chance of rain.

In order for us to be proactive, FALLSFEST has made the decision to move to a contingency plan. More details will be sent to you after 12pm Thursday; this is to inform you that FallsFest is moving to MPEC. As of now, this will remain an outdoor festival. If weather becomes an issue we have the option to move indoors.

We will send more in-depth details Thursday once we know them, but until then, please continue to make announcements on-air, online, or in any way that you can, to help us inform the public that FallsFest 2013 WILL HAPPEN at MPEC.
