Things are probably not going to go well for the Detroit Pistons this year and the problems started on game one. Unfortunately it was not a problem the players caused, a fog machine went off prematurely and caused a delay in the game.

The Detroit Pistons opened the season against the Houston Rockets on Halloween night yesterday. The stadium had planed a Halloween themed halftime show. So apparently someone turned on the fog machine to warm it up.

Well that person actually set the fog machine to start bellowing out fog instead of the warm up. This caused a delay in the game that lasted a couple minutes. My favorite part is the referee trying to figure out how to turn it off.

Detroit has not had a good couple of sports weeks. First the Tigers get swept out of the World Series, now this event with everyone making fun of it on ESPN. Poor Detroit.
