Fox Turns Tables And Shoots Man In Leg

Because so many people hunt, it’s surprising to me that we haven’t seen an article like this sooner.

This week a man in Belarus was shot by the fox he was hunting. He first injured the animal from afar, but when he approached it to finish it off with the butt of his rifle, the fox fought back. During the scuffle, the fox’s paw snagged the trigger, shooting the man in the leg. The hunter went to seek medical treatment and the fox got away.

“The animal fiercely resisted and in the struggle accidentally pulled the trigger with its paw,” one prosecutor was quoted as saying.

Foxes are considered to be a sly animal, so it makes sense to me that an article such as this would come out featuring a fox.
