Fun in the Falls: Weekend Update
Can you believe the year is almost over? It seems like 2011 has just flown by if you want to squeeze a little more fun into your year the second weekend in December is going to be a busy one with lost of live music, I've got six great events happening this weekend for you to check out.
Friday: See the Lights Down Town in Style
You can hop on the trolley at the The City Lights Trolley Tour, the event starts Friday December 9, at 6:00 PM and goes on until 10pm cost is 3 bucks a s a person or just five if you and your sweet heart want to take the tour and kids under 5 are free! Friday:Pizza and fun at The Spot
The local hot spot that brings music and munchies to the masses is celebrating 3 years of business come out tonight and support local businesses and local bands. Dr Phil Good and the Let's get it ons will be performing and of course don't forget to enjoy the great food. The Spot is B.Y.OB until 2am when you make a food purchase. Tell em Jasmine sent you and order my pizza , spinach goat cheese tomato and special crust. Trust me it will change your life.
Friday: Get Country with Brantley Gilbert.
If your a true blue country fan this is the place to be tonight the tour has been selling tickets fast and they are only available at the door get there early because it will be packed at D and D tonight if the crowd is any indicator this hot spot just might be the most fun you can have with your boots on!
Saturday and all weekend! White Christmas at Wichita Theater.
The Wichita Theaters live adaptation of the Movie musical classic “White Christmas” debuts tonight then you can catch it every weekend leading up to Christmas. Saturday :Light up the Night!
Our tour of homes has all of the best light displays and many are very close to Midwestern state university's Burns fantasy of lights put on your gloves and take your hot cocoa to go as you explore the lights this makes for a great FREE night that the kids or girlfriend will love.
Sunday: Open skating at Kay Yeagar
