More legal trouble for one of Draco Malfoy's sidekicks.

Jamie Waylett, known for playing Vincent Crabbe in the first six Harry Potter films, is facing legal troubles again, this time resulting in a 2-year prison sentence.  The 22-year-old Waylett, who has a previous conviction of growing marijuana, was found guilty of Violent Disorder, having been part of a small gang that took part in the London riots last August.

Though he was found guilty on one charge, the jury aquitted Waylett of intending to destroy or damage property with a fire bomb he was holding.  One would think that he fact that he was holding a fire bomb is enough to say that he planned on using it.  Maybe he used the "I was holding it for a friend" defense.  Waylett had admitted to the court to taking part in some looting during the riot, namely a bottle of champaign from a local supermarket.

Waylett's previous legal problems cost him a vital place in the final Harry Potter film "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2", with his character's ultimate fate (SPOILER!  He dies in the book!) being given to his partner Gregory Goyle (who survived the final battle in the book).
