With the beginning of school around the corner,  Project Back to School is working to ensure that all children in Wichita Falls have the school supplies and backpacks they need to start school this August.

During July, local businesses are partnering with Project Back to School for their annual School Supply and Backpack Drive.  There are several ways you can help.  You can purchase specially marked school supply kits at Market Street or any backpack at Walmart on Lawrence Rd and donate them at the customer service desk.

All donated supplies will be distributed to children attending the Project Back to School Roundup on Saturday, August 9 at 4712 Barnett Rd in McNiel Jr High School from 9 to noon.  All children attending Wichita Falls ISD and City View ISD are invited to the Roundup for their back to school needs.

Or if you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to this worthwhile program, donations can be made online or mailed to Project Back to School,  PO Box 9700, Wichita Falls, TX 76308.
