Is it Okay to Miss School for a Major League Baseball Pennet Race Game? [POLL]

It is getting down to the last month of baseball for the playoff push. Teams want full crowds for home field advantage. Unfortunately some teams have afternoon games on Thursdays and it is hard to have a full crowd now that school has started.

So today my team the Baltimore Orioles  released a fake doctors note on their Twitter page. Now I know a kid would love to skip school to go watch a playoff game. As a parent do you think it is a valid excuse? In my opinion it is a once in a lifetime experience to go to an important playoff push game. The last time I could have gone to an important game like this I was eight years old. These opportunities don't come up often.
