Just days after Jodie Sweetin's rep confirmed the actress had split from her now ex-fiance Justin Hodak, new reports reveal that Hodak was arrested Monday (March 27) for violating a restraining order the Fuller House star previously took out against him.

Hodak was seen driving around Sweetin's home on Monday, PEOPLE reports, where he was arrested by police "for the third time in just over a week."

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Sweetin was granted a restraining order against her ex after alleging that he "engaged in violent arguments with Sweetin, in which he threw objects at her."

"Following a prior break-up with Sweetin, he came to the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, where Sweetin works as an actress, demanding to see her and engaging in a dispute with the security guards there. He also waited for Sweetin to confront her at her children’s school," the documents continue.

The actress also claims Hodak, who allegedly had been using steroids which "made his temper worse," threatened to kill himself using a gun on March 18, for which the authorities were called to Sweetin's home.

Sweetin reportedly signed the restraining order on Thursday, March 23, before news of their split became public. The documents also protect the actress's two children, her mother, her father and her assistant.

A court hearing is scheduled for April 14.
