I don't go around looking for excuses to skip the gym...but when science finds a reason - who am I to argue. Like you need another reason not to exercise, but jogging can kill you!

They aren't exactly sure why it is so bad for you, but those who jog a few hours a week have about the same lifespan as someone who never exercises. Their best theory is that too much running puts too much wear and tear on your body and causes it to shut down early.

The study did find that if you exercise moderately that is the best for your health and will help you live longer...so you are not completely off the hook from exercising.
