At an event promoting her new fragrance, Kim Kardashian was the victim of a "Flour Bombing", being covered in flour by a random person.  Originally laughing off the incident, Kardashian is now considering legal action against the "bomber".

While entering the The London West Hollywood to host an event promoting her new fragrance "True Reflection", Kim Kardashian was blasted with a bag of flour by a woman later reported as a possible animal rights activist protesting Kim's use of fur.  The "bomber" was detained by security until the authorities could arrive, at which point Kim said she did not want to press charges.  Kim returned to her room, dusted off, and returned to the event.  Kim did what she could to take the situation in stride, making a joke of it to E! Online,

"That probably is the craziest, unexpected, weird thing that ever happened to me. Like I said to my makeup artist, I wanted more powder and that's a whole lot of translucent powder right there."

After considering the situation, and probably after some "advice" from her sisters who were openly angry over the situation, Kim has decided to consider legal action against the suspect,

"I said earlier no I wasn't [going to file a complaint]. I am just going to think about it, because I don't want someone to think they can really get away with that."

When asked why she changed her mind, Kim said that she hadn't had time at first to consider the situation.  Now that she's thought about it, some aspects scared her,

"I think, 'What if that was some other substance? What if that person had a dangerous weapon?' It's scary. And what's even scarier is this woman acted as if she was a part of the press. She just came out of nowhere! And so we are definitely changing things up a little bit, amping up security, taking some measures."

Though "flour bombing" can be considered "assault and battery", do you think Kim is overreacting to the situation by considering a lawsuit?
