Fans of American Idol and fans of The Voice will both be happy to see a couple of their favorite acts from both shows taking the stage in Wichita Falls this weekend.

92.9 NIN is proud to present Kris Allen with special guest Luke Wade this Saturday (May 7th) night at the Iron Horse Pub in downtown Wichita Falls. Tickets are on sale for $14 ($12 for college/military) right now at the Iron Horse.

Kris was the winner of season 8 of American Idol. His final performance of 'No Boundaries' was enough to convince America to cast their votes. Kris beat out Adam Lambert in one of the closest Idol finals ever. His self-titled debut album was released soon after and included the Platinum-selling single 'Live Like We're Dying.'

We saw Kris return to the  American Idol stage less than a month ago for the finale episode of the show. He talked with Scotty McCreery in the clip above about what it was like auditioning for and getting on the show and he performed with Phillip Phillips, Lee DeWyze, David Cook, and Nick Fradiani on their incredible David Bowie tribute medley.

Kris released his latest album, 'Letting You In,' in March of this year. His latest single, 'Waves' is currently working it's way up the charts.

Opening up the night will be someone not only familiar from your TV screens, but also familiar to the Iron Horse stage. Luke Wade, wowed audiences on season 7 of 'The Voice.' Luke went all the way to the semifinals of the show before elimination.

Luke made his first trip to Wichita Falls back in March of 2015 when he impressed the crowd opening for the Old 97's at the Downtown St. Patrick's Day Festival. Since then he's included the Iron Horse in his tour itinerary.

We'll have tickets all the rest of this week for you to win on 92.9 NIN. Listen to Nate and to Drew for chances to win every day during the Wayback Lunch and during your drive home.
