Much of the country has been slammed with wicked winter weather this year, whether it’s blizzards that bring snow or bitter cold temperatures. One man in Minnesota has put his snow to good use, building a 50-foot snowman that has been attracting a lot of attention.

Greg Novak spent about a month and a half building the snowman, and started the project because it’s been a tough winter and he wanted to bring some joy to an otherwise bleak few months. Novak welcomes people to stop by and take photos with the snowman, so if you’re planning a trip north, you may want to put this attraction on your dance card.
