One man gave Abraham Lincoln a serious workout when it came time to pay off a speeding ticket.

Brett Sanders, of Frisco, Tex., was so incensed at getting a ticket for going 39 miles per hour in a 30-mile-per-hour zone that he elected to pay it off in pennies -- nearly 22,000 of them.

And because we live in the times we live in, Sanders made a video of the whole thing. In the end, he wound up paying nearly $8 too much, but he said the county clerk's office could keep it. It took about three hours at a Coinstar machine to count all the change.

The dude clearly put in a whole lot of effort and it brings up the fact there are two schools of thought. One: good for him for sticking it to the man and showing he doesn't have to take this lying down. Two, he's just being a brat and making more of a mess out of the whole matter than necessary.

We've all been there, right? No one likes getting a ticket. It stings and leaves a hole in your wallet. You feel like you're just taking money and tossing it away, kind of like if you put a 20 in your friend's Kickstarter for that idiotic idea for specially-shaped ice cube trays.

So, what do you think? Is this guy a hero or a jerk?
