Pregnant North Texas Cheerleading Coach Charged With Sleeping With a Student
Texas has got to be setting some sort of record with teachers sleeping with students.
The latest comes to us out of Trophy Club, Texas which is in Denton County. Katherine Ruth Harper, who is 27 years old, has been accused of sleeping with a 15-year-old.
The two apparently met when Harper was teaching seventh grade English and also a cheerleading coach for the school. The two started communicating via text messaging and Harper allegedly sent the underage student nude photos. The two also reportedly met up over the summer break and had sex multiple times.
Harper has currently been charged with a second-degree felony. Harper was in the Denton County Jail, but she posted her bail of $15,000.
