Scotland Park Elementary Dismissing Early Due To Water Line Break

A water line break has caused the water to be turned off for Scotland Park Elementary School. Parents are being asked to pick their children up from the school as soon as they are able. Here's the official release from the Wichita Falls Independent School District

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Scotland Park Elementary School - Due to a city water line break, the water at Scotland Park Elementary School has been shut off and will remain off for most of the school day. Because the water shut off affects the school’s restroom facilities and meal preparation, we are asking that parents please come pick their children up at the Scotland Park Elementary front office as soon as possible. Scotland Park Elementary staff will work to accommodate those students who are unable to be picked up and bottled water will be brought in for those students. The Community Relations office will release any additional information as it becomes available.
