Search for Stolen Vehicle Leads to Arrests, Drug Charges

On Wednesday afternoon Wichita Falls Police received a tip about the location of a stolen 2013 Chrysler 300. The vehicle was found in the 1000 block of North Beverly Drive on the northwest side of the city.

Officers followed the vehicle to the 1300 block of North 10^th Street and pulled the driver over. 33 year-old Hector Saldivar, Jr. and 28 year-old Susan Carol Williams were detained as suspects in the theft of the vehicle.

A search of the car turned up 92.1 grams of methamphetamine, more than 18 grams of marijuana and a digital scale. Both Saldivar and Williams were arrested and are charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Both Saldivar and Williams are held in the Wichita County Jail on $50,500 bond each.
