Amid technical issues during the 2013 Jingle Ball concert in Los Angeles, Selena Gomez shocked the crowd by dropping the f-bomb and walking off stage.

The former Disney star was part of KIIS-FM’s annual holiday concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last Friday, but apparent technical issues harmed her performance.  According to audience members, Gomez appeared to be lip-syncing (a common practice for singers with complex stage performances) and messing with her earpiece from the first song.

Gomez apologized to the audience, primarily children and young adults, about the sound issues and tried to keep things going by talking to the audience between songs,

Are you guys having a good night? I promise, a lot cooler people are gonna come out tonight. Is it okay if I perform two more songs and you guys can get to it? ... I have to say that before you guys go on to the people that you care about, I really appreciate you supporting everything that I do. So this next song is the first song I had hit No. 1, and it's called 'Come & Get It.'

However, more technical issues resulted on Gomez saying “What the f***!” and then leaving the stage before completing her promised two more songs.  Ariana Grande also ran into audio problems during her song ‘Right There’, apologizing to the audience while taking a jab as Gomez’s lip-syncing,

I’m sorry the mix was off the entire time. At least you know I’m not tracked.
