Poor Shakira. The Colombian diva, who is expecting her first child with soccer star Gerard Pique, is being sued to the tune of $100 million by her former boyfriend and business partner. That's a whole lot of money to seek from his ex, but he claims to have good reason. He alleges that their business relationship soured after the romance died. Who needs this headache when there is a bun in the oven?

The 'Hips Don't Lie' hitmaker was in a relationship with Antonio de la Rua, the son of onetime Argentinian president Fernando de la Rua, for a decade. They split in 2010, but promised they'd remain friends and continue on with their business dealings. Things didn't go according to plan, as he has filed suit in New York accusing her of breaking her promise to continue to profit share with him, according to WENN.

De la Rua claims that he was asked to continue to run the business behind the singer's brand, and he even secured her $300 million deal with Live Nation. He says that the business relationship was in tact for about a year, but he was fired in 2011. Now he wants $100 mil for his troubles.

We hope this lawsuit isn't weighing too heavily on Shakira's mind, as she has her unborn son to worry about.
