'Dumb and Dumber 2' was definitely happening. And then it was off. But then Jim Carrey was back and it was back on again. And now, according to director Peter Farrelly, it's "100% guaranteed that it's a possibility." They're in talks with Warner Bros. for the sequel - titled 'Dumb and Dumber To' - and want Channing Tatum and Emma Stone to join Carrey and Jeff Daniels.

We've been waiting patiently for a proper follow-up to 1994's 'Dumb and Dumber' for, well, almost 20 years now. (Let's not count that unfortunate prequel.) One of those projects that seems to have life for a moment once every two years, it has never felt like it was going to truly come together.
