I love the scenery, charming B&Bs, dining, different cultural influences, and outdoor activities all within a fairly close distance. Such a cool vibe.

Sleeping is my absolute favorite. It’s one of the very few things that I’m good at and that I enjoy doing. Despite my normally impressive sleeping skills, however, there are times when I need a little help getting off to la-la land. Whether my fiance is sawing logs, the giant dog across the street is barking throughout the night or dealing with some good old-fashioned anxiety or insomnia, I rely heavily on sleep sound machines.

In England, scientists, sleep therapists, and a new age band called Marconi Union have teamed up to create what they believe is the WORLD'S MOST RELAXING SONG. It's an eight-minute song called "Weightless".  They say it's so good at making people fall asleep, that you should NOT listen to it in your car.  And their studies found that it relaxed people even more than a MASSAGE.
