In the upcoming films "The Hangover part II", Ed Helms sports some facial art that looks very familiar.  It appears that during a drunken night in Bangkok, Helms' character decided to get a replica of Mike Tyson's tattoo.  Unfortunately for Warner Bros., the originator of that tat isn't amused.

The tattoo artist who did Mike Tyson's facial tattoo claims Tyson gave him complete ownership or, and therefore the copyright of, the tattoo design.  S. Victor Whitmill is calling his work on Tyson's face "one of the most distinctive tattoos in the nation."

In his complaint filed in Federal Court, Whitmill is providing Tyson's signature and photos of the tattooing as evidence of ownership.  Whitmill is seeking to block the release of the film and looking for financial compensation.
