You've GOT to check out Heater Sitarzewski's work.  Because she's an artist.  A real, honest to God artist.  And her medium is . . . her son's lunch box!

Every day, Heather sends her son off to school with a lunch that doubles as brilliant art.  It's hard to describe but she uses food coloring, different colored produce, and food shapes to turn her son's lunch into cartoon characters.
