Over 2.3 million toilets are having trouble and randomly exploding. A flaw in the flushing system in seven major toilet companies are having problems.Something explosive may happen in your toilet this week and it has nothing to do with those late night Taco Bell runs. So far, at least 304 toilets have blown, and the rest could go at any time.  The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says the explosions can cause, quote, "impact or laceration injuries."

The toilets being recalled were made by seven major manufacturers between 1997 and 2008.  The manufacturers are American Standard, Crane, Kohler, Eljer, Mansfield, St. Thomas, and Gerber. The CPSC says that if you think your toilet might be at risk, you should shut off the water to it and call 800-303-5123 for a repair kit.

If you have one of those toilets I would definitely give them a call. I couldn't think of any thing worse than sitting on your toilet and it exploding. I will now add this to my list of fears because now that I know this could potentially happen I am scared.
