Wichita Falls Event Attendance Poll

If you’ve ever been to Texas Night life in Wichita Falls on a Thursday night then you’ve probably heard of Happy Hour in Texas with Lee B. Weaver. It’s a local live talk show, hosted by Weaver, that features interesting and fun interviews with local personalities, live music and a little bit of comedy sprinkled in between.

This week, October 11th, Weaver and the American Cancer society have teamed up to bring us a very special episode of ‘Happy Hour in Texas’  - not at the usual Texas Nite Life venue – at Underground Tattoo Studio on Kemp street. Why at a tattoo studio you ask? Simple. Because a very special guest will be receiving her first tattoo – a teal ribbon – in honor of her sister who is currently undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer in North Dakota. Wichita Falls resident Kari Samus will join her siblings, who have already received their teal ribbon tattoos, in support of their sister, and all others affected by cancer’s ravenous touch.
