The lazy-eyed and vulgar uncle of 'Jackass' star Bam Margera passed away earlier Sunday morning after falling into a coma last month.

Vincent Margera made appearances in 'Jackass', but was regularly seen on Bam's first post-Jackass series, 'Viva La Bam'.  Affectionately known as 'Don Vito', Vincent was a constant foil for Bam and his friends, being a constant pain to Bam's mother April and regularly needing to be subtitled due to his mumbling.  Vincent was noticeably absent from the third 'Jackass' movie and Bam's second series, 'Bam's Unholy Union', after being arrested in 2006 for groping two underage girls at an autograph signing.  Vincent was convicted of child sexual abuse, forced to register as a sex offender, and prevented from appearing as "Don Vito" in any capacity for ten years.

According to April Margera, Vincent had been battling liver and kidney failure for years, slipping into a coma last as a result last month.  Margera passed away just before 7 a.m. Sunday morning.
