The people of Wichita Falls know that every drop counts.

The City of Wichita Falls Public Works Department has finalized water use calculations for the month of June and has announced that the citizens of Wichita Falls achieved a 36% reduction in their overall usage of water.

This meets and exceeds the Stage 3 reduction goal of 35%. The city of Wichita Falls commends the citizens of Wichita Falls for their conservation efforts and their desire to continue protecting and preserving the City’s water supply during the ongoing drought.

We are certainly not out of the woods with the current drought situation, but every citizen can do their part by continuing to reduce the amount of water we use.
