We’ve all had times where we really had to try in order to keep our cool, but a woman in Kentucky really needs to learn how to get it together.

Misty Lawson had been ordered to take anger management classes, and while doing a class in her home, she punched her 10-year-old son in the face. Police said the boy had a knuckle shaped imprint on his face after the attack.

Apparently Lawson’s son called her a bitch, and she felt the need to prove it to the counselor who was present.

Lawson was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault, but it’s not her first run-in with the law. She’s been arrested in the past for leaving her children in the car while getting photos taken, for possession of stolen property, marijuana possession, menacing, resisting arrest, and contempt of court.

Classy lady.

There’s no indication of what kind of sentence her assault carries, but chances are she won’t weasel her way out of it. The counselor who witnessed the assault reported her to child protective services right after it happened.
