Honestly, I never thought I would say this, but I might have to see this movie.  When I heard they were working on a movie version of the old TV series starring Johnny Depp, I didn't have a single hope for it.  Then I hear that it will star Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum.  If I had any hope, that would have killed it.  Now that I've seen the regular trailer and the Red Band (rated R) trailers, I'm actually interested in the movie.  Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this is going to be a great movie.  I highly doubt this will debut at #1, but the movie seems entertaining.  Never thought Channing Tatum would do well in a comedy, but it looks like he and Jonah Hill play off each other well.  After "Geek Him To The Greek" and "Moneyball", I'm changing my mind about Jonah Hill.  He's not just a one-trick pony anymore.  And to his credit, he's the writer of the movie.  And yes, Johnny Depp has confirmed he will have a cameo in the film.

For those of you who are too young to have seen the original TV series, or if you just don't remember it, maybe this will help your memory.
