After months of speculation, the parts of Anastasia and Christian from "Fifty Shades of Grey" have been filled.  Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith offspring Dakota Johnson and "Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam.

Earlier today, "Fifty Shades of Grey" author E L James tweeted the confirmation that Johnson had earned the role of college student Anastasia Steele,

I am delighted to let you know that the lovely Dakota Johnson has agreed to be our Anastasia in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.

An hour later, James followed up with the tweet announcing "Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam assuming the role of Christian Grey,

The gorgeous and talented Charlie Hunnam will be Christian Grey in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.

Starting life as "Twilight" fan fiction, "Fifty Shades of Grey" took on a life of its own and turned into a successful trilogy, which was quickly picked up for a movie adaptation.  The trilogy gained a great deal of notoriety and controversy for its explicit nature, depicting erotic scenes of bondage/discipline, dominance/submission, and sadism/masochism.  After the movie was confirmed, actresses like Emma Watson, Shailene Woodley, Alicia Vikander and Analeigh Tipton were rumored for the role of Anastasia, while there was a strange movement on the internet to have Justin Bieber cast in the role of Christian.

No word yet on the intended rating of the film, but for the film to do the books any form of justice, a "R" rating would be pretty much manditory.  "Fifty Shades of Grey" is set to be released August 1, 2014 and will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson.
