Wednesday morning, a middle-aged white man crashed a silver truck multiple times into the glass windows of the FOX 4 TV news station in downtown Dallas. Fortunately, no one was injured, but Dallas police found a suspicious duffel bag at the scene.

An East Texas elementary school counselor has been indicted on two counts of improper relationship between a student and educator.

Terry Allen Miles was wanted for the abduction of a 14-year-old girl and a 7-year-old girl. They were declared missing Sunday, Dec. 31st after their mother was found dead.

The Texas Amber Alert for 14-year-old Lilianais Victoria Cake Griffith and 7-year-old Luluvioletta Mariposo Bandera-Magret has been canceled. However, both girls remain missing.

The Texas Tech police officer who was shot and killed Monday evening has been identified.
