In news of the awww, video has captured a two-hour old baby elephant learning to stand for the first time. The event took place at ABQ BioPark in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and shows that this species doesn’t waste any time getting up and around.

The mother is seen helping the baby as she awkwardly stands, but even though she’s shaky, she’s doing a great job. It’s said that the noises heard in the background are her sister and grandmother, so you can tell it truly is a family event and the other animals are just as excited. You know it's only a matter of time before that baby will be running like a pro.
