Cardi B Reportedly Indicted Over Strip Club Brawl Case
Though her case will remain sealed until her arraignment next week, TMZ reports the rapper faces 14 charges, including "two counts of felony attempted assault with intent to cause serious physical injury. Other charges include misdemeanor reckless endangerment, assault, criminal solicitation, conspiracy and harassment."
In October, Cardi was arrested and charged with assault and reckless endangerment after she allegedly ordered an attack on a woman named Jade, who she believed her husband, Offset, was having an affair with.
The "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker was accused of throwing bottles and chairs at Jade and another bartender, who both sought medical attention afterward and reported the incident to police.
Cardi had previously rejected a plea offer because her lawyers claimed she did hurt anybody during the altercation, however, new information has been discovered during the investigation. It's unclear what they found, but ABC News reports that the 26-year-old's arraignment is scheduled for next Tuesday, June 25.
