I never thought in my wildest dreams I would be getting fitted for a bra during my radio career.

Three years ago, when we heard about an awesome program going on at Dillard's called "Fit for the Cure," everybody here at the station volunteered me to go check it out.

Apparently 8 out of 10 women are wearing the wrong size bra, and that's not good for you ladies. So twice a year - in March and October - Dillard's has the "Fit for the Cure" program. The next one is this Friday, October 7, 2016, and on that day you can go to Dillard's and get properly fitted for a bra by a certified woman who knows all there is to know about bras. For every bra fitting they do during the event, Dillard's donates $2 to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation for breast cancer research and community outreach programs. So this way ladies can find out their proper bra size while helping to fight breast cancer at the same time.

Thankfully Haley at Dillard's was willing to fit me for a bra so I could help fight breast cancer. Let me just say it was a very interesting experience and I learned a lot. So apparently I am a 40C  - and don't start sending bras to the radio station for me.

You can always go into Dillard's to find out your proper bra size, but be sure to go this Friday, October 7 during the "Fit For The Cure" event.

What’s better than finding the perfect bra? Finding the perfect bra for a great cause. So ladies get out there and find out that proper bra size. I did it, and it wasn't bad at all.
