Former NFL Cheerleader is a MMA Superstar [VIDEO]

As I think most people know NFL cheerleaders are in tremendous shape. Well one cheerleader was doing MMA workouts and decided to give an actual fight a try and wins.

Rachel Wray is a former Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader. One of her girlfriends suggested to her MMA workouts to stay in shape. She loved it so much she dropped the pom poms to give a MMA career a shot.

She had her first fight recently and won. So remember guys next time you are yelling at cheerleaders at a game they may be able to put you in a choke hold and knock you out.
