Home Invasion Suspects Arrested

Wichita Falls Police are continuing to investigate a home invasion that took place early Thursday morning at home located in the 1800 block of Brazos.  Police were called to the home just after 5 am.  A 53-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man were home at the time of the attack.  WFPD Public Information Officer Sgt. Joe Snyder says three black males have been arrested in connection with the case: 18 year-old Jamal Taylor, 18 year-old Steven Euwins and 18 year-old Shidavion Bailey.  They will be charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and burglary of a habitation.   Snyder says the arrests may clear other cases under investigation as well.  According to a press release, police “are learning that entry on Brazos was made through exterior doors that had been left open for better ventilation. Although everyone is trying to cope with the current heat wave, this practice does make a home more vulnerable to criminals.”
