Classic Aperol Spritz
- Scoop of Ice
- 3/4 cup of Aperol
- 3/4 cup of dry Prosecco
- Splash of club soda
- Orange slice, for garnish
- In a wine glass, add as much ice as you wish (some like to fill it to the rim)
- Pour in the Aperol
- Pour in the Prosecco
- Pour in the splash of club soda
- Finish with an orange slice on the side of your glass
