Just last week a new exhibit opened up at the Wichita Falls Museum of Art. Timothy Greenfield-Sanders is a portrait artist who's most recent piece is called 'The Boomer' exhibit. Portraits from those who were born between 1946-1964. He chose nineteen different people to represent each year of the baby boom.

Timothy Greenfield-Sanders is also a documentary filmmaker if you're interested in more of his work. He actually won a Grammy for his first ever documentary on Lou Reed back in 1999. Where is the Wichita Falls Museum of Art?
2 Eureka Circle in Wichita Falls, Texas. The museum of located right across from Sikes Lake at Midwestern State University. The display will be up until January 24, 2026. So you will have plenty of time to check these out for yourself. The museum is open Tuesday through Friday from 10AM-5PM and also on Saturdays from 1PM-5PM.
How Much Does it Cost to Visit the Wichita Falls Museum of Art?
Admission is free to museum exhibitions and many exhibition-related programs, such as lectures or tours. They suggest a donation of $5 per person or family. Museum programs are funded by grants and private donations, so your entry donation makes a difference.
