Looks like some Sooner reporters gave their opponents some bulletin board material for this weekend.

Let's face it, going into this weekend, the Oklahoma Sooners are heavily favored against the Temple Owls. In fact, Vegas oddmakers have the Sooners favored by 21.5 points. Obviously no game is a lock and we have to see what will happen Saturday morning. Looks like Sooner reporters are expecting a heavy Oklahoma crowd.

Oklahoma Reporters Call Temple Crowd 'A High School Game'

Looks like a pair of Sooner reporters were caught in between a press conference on the mic that head coach Brent Venables uses. The two were discussing the upcoming game at Temple would be lucky to get 25,000 people and that the majority of the stadium is going to be crimson and cream. They claim the upper portion of the stadium will be tarped off due to low attendance.

Temple actually plays in the stadium for the Philadelphia Eagles. Which can hold over 67,000 fans. I will be honest, the reporters are not lying about the crowd for Temple. They average about 13,000 fans per game according to the most recent numbers over the past two seasons. We will wait and see if Temple fans decide to show up and pack the Linc this Saturday. Kickoff is set for 11AM.
